Immostel is Katelijn Stel, a lifestyle-oriented rental agent specialising in high-quality apartments in and around Amsterdam. With a keen eye for design, detail and quality, Katelijn connects people with the neighbourhood and home that is right for them. She believes homes should be designed and maintained with love, bearing in mind the needs of the end user. Katelijn is involved in all aspects of rental, right down to advising contractors when it comes to finishing and furnishing. She has great organisational skills and is a born ‘matchmaker’. Born and raised in Amsterdam, Katelijn has over five years’ experience in real estate. A city girl at heart, she thrives on urban culture, from historical and contemporary architecture and contemporary art, to hubs for ‘new creatives’, progressive urban design and new concepts in food. The transition to cities of the future is something she follows closely.

Katelijn also loves to go on long walks in nature with her whippet Ivy. Her dream? ‘To live in a quiet rural area with the buzz of city life just 30 minutes away.’
